Freeze Printing Ink

Multi gloss rotogravure / flexographic solvent based deep freeze printing inks for printing on carona treated multilayer films.

Chemiflex inks are designed for surface printing on rotogravure / flexo printing machine on multilayer films for milk pouches, water pouches, pepsi pouches and sea food packing inks manufactured by us are used for bopp and polyester films. Features: -

Substrates: -

Can be printed on all types of polyethylene, polyproplyene, PVC, PT, MST. For polythylene and polyproplyene film the treatment should be 38 dynes per / cm for good adhesion and optimum resistance properties.

Printability: -

Excellent printability in half tone and good coverage in full tone.
Free from any printing defects such as streaking and scamming etc.
Excellent rub and scratch resistance.
Excellent deep freeze and heat resistance.

Diluents: -

The inks have a tolerance with a wide range of solvents to accommodate variation in press speed and conditions.

For flexo: -

The usual diluent for flexo inks is a blend of isopropyl alcohol and butyl alcohol. Ink makers recommendation should be followed in order to get the best printing and optimum drying under various conditions.

For gravure: -

Recommended diluents is toluene or blend of isopropyl alcohol, butyl alcohol is recommended as retarded.

Colour range: -

Full range of pantone basic shades including metallic and ARSR and light fast shades.
