Multi Gloss Rotogravure / Flexographic solvent based Deep freeze printing inks for printing on Carona treated Multilayer films.
CHEMIFLEX inks are designed for surface printing on Rotogravure / Flexo Printing machine on Multilayer films for milk pouches, water pouches, Pepsi pouches and Sea food packing.

Substrates: -
Can be printed on all types of Polyethylene, Polyproplyene, PVC, PT, MST. For Polythylene and Polyproplyene film the treatment should be 38 dynes per / cm for good adhesion and optimum resistance properties.
Printability: -
- Excellent printability in Half Tone and good coverage in Full Tone.
- Free from any printing defects such as streaking and scamming etc.
- Excellent rub and scratch resistance.
- Excellent deep freeze and Heat resistance.
Diluents: -
The inks have a tolerance with a wide range of solvents to accommodate variation in press speed and conditions.
For Flexo: -
The usual diluent for Flexo inks is a blend of Isopropyl Alcohol and Butyl Alcohol. Ink makers recommendation should be followed in order to get the best printing and optimum drying under various conditions.
For Gravure: -
Recommended diluents is Toluene or blend of Isopropyl Alcohol, Butyl Alcohol is recommended as Retarded.
Colour Range: -
Full range of Pantone basic shades including Metallic and ARSR and Light Fast Shades.
